Vegas, Experts Reconsidering Dolphins.

Dolphins fans can be forgiven for being at something less than a full sprint with high fives here in the early going.  We all seem to feel that we have been here before. Carl even pointed out on this blog that the teams we have beaten are a combined 3-6.  But that has a tendency to be true when you are 3-0.
In other words, our opponents are a league average 3-3 when not playing the Dolphins.  Additionally, the Jets and Titans have both shown the ability to win outright as underdogs, which is suggestive of the fact that the Dolphins, too, may be under-valued. Certainly anyone who bet the over on the Dolphins win total for the season is feeling pretty good right now (some books had set the Dolphins at 6.5 wins for the season.)
New England is this week.  We will soon know where we stand at the quarter mark in the season. However, it may be worth mentioning that the Dolphins are one win away from holding a three games lead on the Patriots at that quarter-season mark.
Maybe that is worth at least a jogging high-five?

Dolphins need to win this week and step on the Patriots throats.

As far as NE game goes:
"If it bleeds u can kill it!" The pats look as vulnerable as I can remember. Let's go earn some respect.

I'm worried about the refs in this game, A phantom pass interference or a phantom holding call.In New England .

Pats played without 3-5 starters on Sunday night, they may get a couple back before Sunday, while we just lost 2 defensive players. it will be a tough game...

Pats are in disarray. Their receivers are horrible and their defence looks slow. Even Brady can't make up for these problems. But then again they are the Pats....

Losing two DE doesn't help our chances against a QB you need to pressure. They will look to hurry up early and often. Josh Gordon may play for them this week.

We have to run the ball and spread it around. TDs instead of FGs.

The refs do favor the Pats.

I bet Belechick and Kraft are lobbying the league right now to get Spence suspended this week to hurt our DL depth.

Such a big game...Phins can go 3 up and close September out. Amazing.
So many times (not lately) Phins have been here, a place where they can take command, take control and failed. If they can get their running game back, they can win. Kenyon Drake and Frank Gore - heavy doses. Shootout with Brady is such a lure, but in the end, he wins those all the time. Gase needs to really plan and work the Pats'weaknesses like never before. You know "Hoody Genius" is doing same. It is not going to be easy, and yep, Pats have refs in their pockets. Somehow, somehow the Football Gods say to NE "that's enough soup for you" and their demise finally starts after like 18 years !! Gronk gets 1 TD, he is badass, no matter what, but the other receivers can be handled by a tough Phins secondary. Phins up- 24-17.
