This Loss Is On Gase And Stills

I am sorry but there is no sugar coating this and I don't believe in any passes for being a rookie coach.

Adam Gase blew this "W"  with this NFL horse shit attitude of "If we cannot get an inch then we don't deserve to win".

Well it shit all over us.

When you are on the road in the loudest environment in the league and you have a second string center in the game, down by 3 points, you kick the field goal!

With all that noise, your offensive line cannot use a snap count. Your line has no advantage over the defensive line since both have to watch the ball.

Plus we haven't been able to run the ball consistently all preseason long.

So what's going to change now?

You are fired up?

Stuffed.

As in left 3 points off the board.

Plus, even if you get the first down there is no guarantee you will score a TD.

Take the points. Tie the game.

You may need them later.

Shula would've kick the FG.

And now Kenny Stills.

Need I saw anything there.

This game just pisses me off.

Phins Up!!!

well Carl the way I see it is new coaches same old Tannehill, defense and Dolphins. Off line played pretty well, Tannehille is still a statue back there...get rid of the damn ball..where is our defense which also played pretty well most of the game during the last couple of minutes...and GASE showed me absolutely nothing...still can't score points..With Tannehille a 6 and 10 season again..

It's all on stills, like the balls to go for it on 4th down but understand ur criticism of it. Tannehill gave us the lead, not his best game but damn who has a great game in seattle pump the brakes

I can't really blame this on Gase. He put the players in position to win. Dropped balls, no push on four and inches, missed field goals, penalties on every nice return, etc. Good game by Gase, especially in his first outing, on the road against a very good team.

Your obviously an idiot

They dropped every meaningful pass.

Agreed - Case had to take the points.

To your point on Stills: Long passes are difficult to complete. If they weren't, NFL scores would routinely look like NBA scores. It should have never got to the point where the game hinged on a long completion. It wouldn't have if the coach played earlier situations a bit smarter.

Hopefully Case learns from his mistakes.

The no push on 4th and inches comes from loud noise so both the offensive and defensive lines have to watch the ball so you lose advantage of snap count.

I knew that watching the game. That's part of putting your guys in a position to win an inch.

You are on the road. Take the points. I never saw Shula walk away from points.
That's one of the reasons he won over 300 games.

Highest points wins, not most inches.

I am not suggesting we fire Case. I like the guy. But on the road against a very good defense, you take the points whenever possible.

Kenny stills is a stiff. A showboating poser...
